You know what irritates me? The democratic party. They seduce usually rational people into believing incredible stupidity. They twist numbers and motives. And they have more hate than any group I have ever seen. While they talk about acceptance and equality, they persecute anyone who doesn't agree with them... hmmm. They are reverse discriminators, going out of their way to treat minorities better. If you treat someone better than everyone else, it is still discrimination.
Also, what happened to honor? People that kept a public face and didn't air their dirty laundry all the time for all to see? People who convince themselves to be the bigger person, but don't expect to be given a medal for doing it. People who acted on their principles and don't just talk about having them. People that don't want to be rewarded for having principles.
On another note, the curriculum project is going well. My group rocks the planet! We are so good at being on task. I spaced out today and missed my library meeting, I guess I'll go tomorrow at 4. Don't forget. Doctor tomorrow too. We'll see what he says about the foot. Not that I don't love the orthopedic shoe, but with snow coming, it might be nice to have another alternative.

245 people for take back the night. It was really good except some people didn't really understand the concept of a silent march. And I am ashamed of the Swing boys who closed their shades when we came by. I am impressed by the Fraternities that showed their support with lanterns in their lawns, and by the amount of boys in the march. I also have wax all over me... which is interesting. My candle almost lasted the whole hour, and then it lit the Dixie cup on fire... thanks for blowing on it to make the flame BIGGER Sarah :-)
I guess that's about it... I found the VCR instructions, so that's a plus.
Talked about field today in class, reminds me that I miss my PCMS kids.

Yuck. I just feel gross. Not to be a downer or anything, it's just that I feel gross. I have no self control, honestly. A whole bag of popcorn. Who does that?

Have you noticed that even though West Point is incredibly exclusive, everyone has a friend there? surveying the facebook site (the newest invention to make stalking more convenient) shows that several of my declared "friends" have also declared "friends" at West Point. Some of the friends that I have declared are friends from ages ago. In fact, I randomly declared my 4th graded best friend a "friend" even though I haven't spoken to her since... oh yeah, about 4th grade when she got pretty and popular and decided that the new girl from California was more interesting. But I'm not bitter. I'm really not. I've also found a few lost swimming friends, which is all well and good, plus a bunch of Miami people I see all the time anyway. Oh, and people I didn't even know I was friends with have messaged me through this thing. Rob's friends, people from Chorale, etc. Interesting stuff.
Glee Club and Collegiate Chorale Concert last night. The Glee club is hot. There just isn't anything better than men who sing and are totally comfortable with it. So sexy. Then watched Mona Lisa Smile with Caitlin and Ashley. Yay for Julia Roberts, Julia Stiles, Kirsten Dunst, and a bunch of other famous people all being in one movie. You just can't hate the movie if Julia Stiles is in it. It's against the law.
Work this morning was quiet, like always. Next semester I want to work Saturday and Sunday mornings. That shift rules, because I can do homework or whatever the whole time because Patrick doesn't really care what is going on.

I'm holding out for a hero

He's got to be tall
He's got to be cool
and he's got to be fresh from the fight."
